Our Company

Originally from Eastern Washington, the principals of Boulevard Homes made the move to the beautiful Pacific Northwest in 1993 and immediately adopted Clark County as our new home. Since then we have continued to build homes that feature fine craftsmanship and unique designs.

From 1993-1999 we built between 10 and 15 luxury homes per year. In 1999, we began developing land and building custom townhomes. Boulevard Homes, a spin-off company from our custom home's division, has successfully completed two townhome projects and one single family detached project, totaling 113 homes. We are currently building our third community in Fisher’s Landing called Pebble Creek.

BRENT HARRISON, PRESIDENT

Brent Harrison earned a BA degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington. Before joining Soaring Eagle, Inc., Brent lent his expertise to Pacific Santa Fe Corp. for 6 years. While working with the Pacific Companies his responsibilities consisted of residential building (Pacific Heritage Homes), land development (Pacific Land Management) and commercial development (Pacific Realty Ventures). His last position held was General Manager of Pacific Heritage Homes. Brent started the land development side of the company and oversees Boulevard Homes.

MATTHEW CLARKSON, VICE PRESIDENT

Matthew Clarkson earned a BA degree in International Business and Economics from Washington State University. Before joining Soaring Eagle, Inc., Matthew had a marketing and communications company that produced marketing articles for regional and national magazines, newsletters and ad copy for advertising agencies and graphic design companies.

Matthew is a past president of the Building Industry Association of Clark County. He still is active in the local association as well as on the state level. He is currently the State Treasurer for the Building Industry Association of Washington State. Matthew oversees Soaring Eagle Homes.

CHERI CLARKSON, SECRETARY

Cheri Clarkson earned a BA degree in Clothing and Textiles from Seattle Pacific University. Before joining Soaring Eagle, Inc., Cheri worked for Mast Industries, the manufacturing division for the Limited Inc., the nationwide women’s clothing company.

Cheri brings a design and marketing background to our companies. By working with our subcontractors on cabinets, hard surfaces, carpeting, tile and color selections for Soaring Eagle Homes and Boulevard Homes, Cheri ensures our homes are beautiful inside and out. She also works directly with homeowners to provide interior design direction.
